Stock Availability
Every effort is made to ensure items displayed are in stock. We have measures in place which should ensure that a customer can never order an out of stock item.
However, in the unlikely event the customer is able to place an order for an out of stock item, then the customer will be quickly advised of the situation.
The option will be given to wait for our next delivery, to choose an alternative product or to cancel the order.
Returns Policy
Our main aim is to ensure that the customer is delighted with their purchase. If for any reason the order is not satisfactory, then the customer can return their order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on the value of the goods. Due to health & hygine reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
Returns should be in the original packaging in an unused condition.
The postage costs are not covered in this returns policy unless the item is faulty. The customer is requested to take into account that handcrafted jewellery carved from natural materials can display variations in colour and design from that advertised. This unique quality is not covered in the returns policy.
We recommend that goods are returned by recorded delivery or that a proof of posting certificate is obtained.
Boho Crafts cannot be held resonsible for any goods lost or stolen in transit. Once the returned items have been received and the condition of the goods verified, an exchange request will be actioned or a credit will be issued to the card used for the original sale.
Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Goods
Although very unlikely, should an order arrive damaged, faulty or the wrong item(s) have been sent, the customer is requested to contact us ASAP quoting their order/reference number in any correspondence.
In these circumstances postage costs will be refunded and replacement items sent post free.
Replacements will be dispatched on receipt of damaged/faulty/incorrect goods.
Complaints Policy
Customer complaints are dealt with as a matter of upmost priority. We will do our very best to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
All complains are treated confidentially and fairly.
Pricing Policy
All goods are charged at the price displayed at the time of ordering. We regulary update product details which includes images, product descriptors and to introduce new stock or discontinue a product. Should a genuine mistake occur in pricing or product information then we reserve the right to decline the order if it is based on incorrect details.
We will endeavour to contact the customer about this without delay and offer the chance to purchase alternative goods.
Confidentiality Agreement
Any details passed between the customer and Boho Crafts remain completely confidential.
In no way will any customer details be released to any other party by any means other than for postal purposes.

Customer Statutory Rights
The customers statutory rights are not affected by any of the above policies.
